About Us

10 years ago, Gary’s doctor told him there would be a cure for MS within 10 years.  We’re a little disappointed this isn’t the case and we are committed to doing something about it.

Our Mission

We walk for Gary Smith, our husband, brother and friend who was diagnosed in 2010.  We walk for Kim Tramontana, our friend, who was diagnosed in 2006.  We walk for Chad Medina, our husband and friend, who was diagnosed in 2012.  We walk for Bridgette McConnel, our mother, who was diagnosed in 1997.  We walk for the hundreds of thousands of people living with MS, including their family members and friends who have all been impacted by a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.

The number of people living with this disease continues to increase.  We walk to help raise money and bring awareness to what Multpile Sclerosis is and how people can help.  We walk so that our friends and family members can live better lives.  We walk to find a cure.

Our History

Since 2010, Gary’s Gang has been participating in events with the MS Society to help raise funds for and awareness of the disease that has impacted so many Americans.  We have walked for Gary, Chad, Kim and so many others…

In our first 10 years, Gary’s Gang raised just over $125,000.  We’re so proud of the work we’ve done and humbled by participation from over 25 different team members, raising over $35k in our biggest year.

We know we can do more.
